The first villa “Ocean” open for vacation rental from January 2015

The 21st of January of 2015 we opened the first villa for vacation rental, besides all the common areas, the gatehouse, the parking lot, and the beautiful swimming pool. With this step we have finished what we called first phase.

After 7.5 months of interesting and difficult process of construction, we were ready to receive the first guest. And we choose Vacasa as our expert agent to market the 3 units ( Shark, Turtle, and LionFish) of the Ocean Villa in the vacation rental sector.

At the moment there are no immediate plans to built more villas. We want to analyze how the rental business works and to reach to objectives:

• 1) to have real numbers of income for the potential investors
• 2) to tune the service of this unique experience for our guests.

So, all the comments, suggestions, ideas, etc, of all of our guests, would be consider for the next phase. Thank to them and to you, our product/service will be better with your experiences.
